This is a very diverse role with responsibility for client liaison and team workflow as well as administrative support for a team of accounts.
Role Responsibilities:
- Liaising with and being a point of contact for clients
- Liaising with the Accounting Team to follow up and assist in resolving client queries
- Follow up clients where necessary
- Prepare outgoing correspondence to clients
- Prepare forms for electronic lodgement
- Diary Management
- Review and screen Team emails and phone calls
- Management of workflow for the Team
- Arranging client meetings and team events
- General administration duties
ABOUT YOU
You will be highly motivated with the ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously. You will be enthusiastic and have excellent time management and communication skills.
Essential Selection Criteria:
In order to be successful in this role you must have:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working in a similar role in a professional accounting practice
- Professional and positive approach to your role
- Outstanding time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi task
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability in letter writing
- Confidence to develop client relationships and build rapport with the team and management
- Advanced knowledge and experience of the Microsoft Office suite
- High level of typing accuracy with attention to detail
- Experience in Client engagement and billing
- A demonstrated interest in pursuing an administration career
Knowledge of and/or experience of HowNow and BGL Products would be an advantage. Formal qualifications are not required for this position, however, a Certificate in Business Administration would be highly regarded.
